RONNIE AND DENISE HAMRICK have a deep passion for church ministry clowning.  First experience in 2004 as “home-made” clowns for Hallow-Him, their church’s alternative to Halloween, began a journey beyond imagination. They felt God leading, and begin to search for clown training of make-up, costuming, and stage presentation, which led them to the organization Clowning4Christ, Int. Truly an answer to prayer.  It was all part of God’s awesome plan for this couple to enter His ministry sharing the gospel as clowns. “Hammy” & “Flutterby”, along with their clown troupe, team with their Puppet Ministry doing programs for worship services, Bible school, children’s church, festivals, community events, and nursing homes, always sharing a salvation message. The Hamricks look forward to yearly mission trips, sharing God’s love with people in other countries as they use clowning, skits, puppets, face painting and ballooning. They have been blessed to have the privilege to serve in the Ukraine, inner city Cancun, Mexico, and Costa Rica.   In Mark 16:15 Jesus commanded  to “Go into all the world and preach the Good News…”, so whether it’s their own community or a third world country, Hammy & Flutterby’s prayer is that others see Jesus in their lives as they clown for Christ.

MARCIA MANIS has been clowning around for years as her main character Clementine and her zany friends-- Nurse I.V. Needles, Nurse Nancy Nicely, Hazel Hildebrand Humperdink of the Happy Heavenly Cleaning Service, Pearl, Lanelle Dubois of Lovely Locks by Lanelle, to name a few! Marcia is now retired after a successful career as an administrative professional, and is the coordinator for the Smiles for the Savior Clowners and the junior choir director at East Rogersville Baptist Church and published author of "Hats Clowns and Miracles.” The S.S. Clowners volunteer on a monthly basis at nine nursing homes, two assisted living homes and five hospitals. Her clown credentials include training at TNT, FCC Conferences, Show Me Clowns for Jesus, Kentucky Clown Derby, and Clown Jam. But the best training she has received is from God's Holy Word and His leadership in her life. Sharing the love of Jesus through laughter at churches, ladies conferences and various community functions is also a blessing to her. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Jim for 42 years and been blessed with 2 glorious children and 8 grandchildren.
